الحديدة، 15 نوفمبر 2021- تلاحظ بعثة الأمم المتحدة لدعم اتفاقية الحديدة (أونمها) الأحداث المتمثلة في انسحاب القوات المشتركة من مدينة الحديدة ومن مديرية الدريهمي وبيت الفقيه وأجزاء من مديرية التحيتا وسيطرة أنصار الله عليها، وما ترتب من تغيرات كبيرة في خطوط التماس في المحافظة.
هذه الأحداث والمتغيرات تستدعي فتح نقاش بين الأطراف المعنية في اتفاقية الحديدة. وتقف أونمها على أهبة الإستعداد لتيسير النقاش وفقا لإطار الاتفاقية.كما تشدد على أن السلام المستدام لا يمكن تحقيقه إلا عبر تكاتف الجهود المشتركة.
وتناشد أونمها أطراف النزاع الوفاء بالتزاماتها نحو حماية المدنيين وبالأخص النازحين داخليا في محافظة الحديدة وفي المديريات الجنوبية التي ما زالت تحدث فيها الاشتباكات.

Hudaydah, 15 November 2021 – The United Nations Mission in support of the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) notes that the withdrawal of the Joint Forces from Hudaydah City, Al Durayhimi, Bayt al Faqih and parts of At Tuhayta districts and the subsequent takeover by Ansar Allah forces represents a major shift of the frontlines in the Hudaydah Governorate. These events warrant discussions between the parties of the Hudaydah Agreement. UNMHA stands ready to facilitate those discussions within the framework of the Agreement and emphasizes that sustainable peace can only be achieved by collective efforts.
UNMHA further urges all parties to the conflict to uphold their obligations to protect civilians especially internally displaced persons throughout the Governorate of Hudaydah, and particularly in the south where clashes are being reported.
